For the overall welfare of these billions of workers in the country, the central government has created a national database for the unorganized workers. In recent developments, it is learned that Agriculture, Home Appliances, Capital Goods and Manufacturing, Manufacturing, and Textiles are the five main businesses of the e-Shram Portal. For the overall welfare of these billions of workers in the country, the central government has created a national database for the unorganized workers. The e-labor portal was launched on 26 August 2021 and the government also issued e-labor cards to the workers.
