Over 5 cr unorganized workers registered E-Shram portal in 2 months: Government

According to data shared by the Department of Labor Welfare (DGLW), the government's e-shram portal has focused on the registration of unorganized workers in five key sectors. This information has been shared via Twitter.

For the overall welfare of these billions of workers in the country, the central government has created a national database for the unorganized workers. In recent developments, it is learned that Agriculture, Home Appliances, Capital Goods and Manufacturing, Manufacturing, and Textiles are the five main businesses of the e-Shram Portal.
