Children under the age of five are eligible for infant care, but under the new law, fingerprints from their retina and five fingers will no longer be required. According to UIDAI, children under the age of five no longer need biometrics. Biometrics will be required when the child reaches the age of five. After that, Bal Aadhaar card will be issued just like the original Aadhaar card.

How to apply for Bal Aadhar Card?


First go to the official website of UIDAI.

Select the Aadhaar card registration option and fill in the required information for the child.

Fill in your demographic information, such as your home address, neighbourhood, state, etc., and then submit the application.

To book an appointment for Aadhaar card registration, go to the appointment option.

Choose the nearest enrolment center, make an appointment and get your child's Aadhaar card on the due date.
