Suppose an applicant needs to change or correct data on their PAN card. They should follow an interaction to make it happen. 

Referenced underneath are the means that the candidate needs to follow: :

1. First, they will have to visit  www.myutitsl.com and click on the CSF Form that states Request for New PAN Card Or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data.

2. Once the form is filled up, the applicant can click on the submit tab.

3. Once the fee is paid, the applicant will be given an acknowledgment number.

4. The applicant is expected to keep the acknowledgment number handy to check the status of the correction application.

5. To check the revision application status, the candidate needs to visit www.trackpan.utiitsl.com.Then, at that point, they should enter the affirmation number of their application and hit the submit tab. The Status of their application will be displayed on the screen of their PC.

# Step-by-step guidelines for how to fill pan card correction form:

1.  The PAN Card correction form should be filled in English.

2. Enter the 10-digit PAN number.

3. Fill up all the mandatory fields with correct details.

4. Name should not have any prefix such as Miss, Mr., Shri, etc.

5. No abbreviations allowed such as Ltd, Pvt, etc. However, a Hindu United Family (HUF) applicant shall mention HUF after his or her name.

6. Fathers' names should be entered, even in the case of married women applicants.

7. Contact address with town, city, state, and PINCODE ( country and zip code in the case of foreign address) should be entered. Mobile numbers and landline numbers should be provided with country code and ISD or STD code.

8. If the Aadhaar number is entered in the application form, then a copy of the applicant's Aadhaar card has to be submitted along with other supporting documents to the NSDL.

9. Check the left side column of the form where change or correction is required.

The online application process for PAN cards is as follows.

1. Go to TIN NSDL or UTISL website and select the New PAN option

2. Select Form 49A for Indian Nationals (including NRE/NRI/OCI Individuals).

3. Fill in the details in the online form, such as your full name, address, date of birth, gender, telephone number, income details, etc.

4. Submit after filling the form and pay the processing fee.

5. Print the page with the 15 digit receipt and sign in the space provided.

6. Attach passport size photograph, proof of identity, and proof of address and demand draft (if you are paying by DD) on the receipt.

7. The above online application is to be mailed to the NSDL office within 15 days from the date of submission of the online application.

8. PAN will be dispatched to the address within 15 working days.
